Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was top-notch. The rooms had recently been renovated and were very comfortable and clean. The staff took safety seriously and were friendly, speaking excellent English. The location was superb, minutes away from popular sites like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. However, the dining options were very basic, offering nothing but packed jams and dried cakes. Overall, a great value for the price.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and nicely decorated, were quite small especially situated on the 4th floor. The service from the staff was exceptional, as they were super helpful, spoke brilliant English, and were very kind. The location couldn't be better, just minutes away from iconic sites like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Barberini Metro station. However, there were some downsides, such as the under standard dining options and a few issues with the reservation and luggage handling.
